Perth based producer DeVante makes his return to Amsterdam’s Subjekt Recordings this month, delivering a brand new single release in the form of ‘Other Types Of Music’. It follows up his Mind of A Man EP, which dropped on the label in February. ‘Other Types Of Music’ offers a more energetic affair, excelling with a rhythmically impressive drum ensemble and a raw collection of aggressive synth sounds. You can check it out in full premiere only on When We Dip today!

Mr BerlinKreuzBergInstitut Himself in Beirut. Robosonic smashed it.
what they say:
“habibis intercontinental! we played a few hours right at the beach outside of Beirut, Lebanon for CU NXT SAT…this was the first gig we played together after ‘living apart together’ in L.A. and Berlin for more than 6 months…
we arrived on different planes on different days, didn’t have much time to talk, just quickly hugged, ate a ton of fish and agreed on smashing that lovely place for a couple of hours – everything on the fly. glad we taped it, because it captured the sound & journey of @robosonic in 2016.
everything feels new and different, but exciting. mutual gigs with both of us won’t happen so often as you can see. but we hope you guys keep it real with us, as we’ve been holding it down – against all odds…1L. C:”
Once upon a time there was a thing from another galaxy – Sonnensysteme landed on earth a thousand years ago and now it´s time to listen to what it wants to say! What we get is its very own interpretation of its world of music. A world to calm down. A world where everything is a bit slower as you knew it so far. A world where you can forget everything but the music in your head.

This is what Desert Hearts Records has to say:
We’re extremely excited to release our very first Desert Hearts Records Family & Friends compilation. Alongside some of our favorite international DH veterans like Andreas Henneberg and Latmun, the compilation really highlights some of our best producer friends who’ve been the backbone of the Desert Hearts movement since the very beginning. These guys have been putting in work for years and this is their moment to shine. We’re so proud of every single artist on this comp and can’t wait for the world to hear what they can do. From slamming Tech House & Techno to spiritually influenced Deep House, these 12 tracks have it all. Every single song on here was made to crush the floor. We know it’s just a matter of time before you fall in love with our wonderful family & friends.
Two and a half hours of Sunday morning fun, live on two decks. A little chavvy a little corporate techno but hey he’s a MTV guy.
